I’m Ally Lee-Dudley, founder of Adcumulo. With nearly 20 years in non-profit senior, operations and executive management experience, I understand the challenges organisations face in achieving their goals. In the late 1990s, I began my journey in the non-profit and charity sectors, starting out as a volunteer, and I have remained committed to working with organisations doing good in a good way ever since. What motivates me every day is the incredible impact organisations can have when they are equipped with the right tools, strategies, and support. Since founding Adcumulo in 2020, I’ve had the opportunity to partner with a diverse range of organisations to help them build solid foundations and sustainable futures.
I take pride in my strategic yet personal approach, starting every project by listening carefully to understand an organisation’s unique goals, challenges, and capabilities. Whether I’m developing safeguarding policies, streamlining internal processes, or delivering training workshops, my focus is always on creating practical, ethical, and lasting solutions.
